Herb Owens
Herb Owens, retired educator, spent 22 years in the classroom, 17 years as an administrator (majority of 39 years working with special needs children in the Rolling Hills Local School District). Herb is the father of 2 adult sons, one married, both living in the Columbus area. He walks daily and loves spending time with his granddaughter, who fills a hole in his heart he didn't know was empty.

Tina Nicolozakes is the Secretary of Guernsey County Children Services. Tina Nicolozakes is recently retired from health care after 39 years. She has been married for 33 years to Dean Nicolozakes, owner of Nicolozakes Trucking and Construction, Inc. Tina is the proud Mother of 2 children and is the daughter- in- law of Frances Nicolozakes, one of the founding members of Women Interested in Children.
